Refund Policy
Elevate Living strives for complete customer satisfaction. Physical fitness products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect. Digital services, including personalized coaching plans, workout guides, and nutrition programs, are non-refundable once delivered due to their customized nature. If you experience issues with your order or receive a damaged product, please contact support@ElevateLivingFit.com within 7 days of receipt so we can make it right.
