Elevate Living ships orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while large or heavy items such as treadmills and stationary bikes may require 7–14 business days and may ship separately via freight service. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as Elevate Living is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information. If your package arrives damaged or is missing, contact support@ElevateLivingFit.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
